RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Flawd Brand does not issue refunds for returned items only store credit of equal or lesser value.

We understand that ordering online is not always easy. We want to make your online shopping experience as seamless as possible. We are happy to issue your item(s) for store credit  (store credit excludes any original shipping fees). 

Store Credit Guidelines 

— Kindly read our store credit policy below, If you are within the store guidelines please email > Shop@beautifullyflawd.com to start your return process! :) 


1. To be eligible for a store credit, you must email Shop@beautifullyflawd.com within 7 business days once your package is delivered. 

2. Flawd Brand does not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.

3. For any US order, We will provide you with a return label through USPS or UPS. once recieved and inspected we will issue you with a store credit.

There is no upfront payment required to create a return label. Once we receive your return we will simply deduct the cost of the return label from your refund or gift certificate. 

 For all orders outside the U.S, email Shop@beautifullyflawd.com to begin your return process. 

All international returns must be sent via a tracked service and paid for by the customer as we do not provide return labels internationally.

4. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Products with a removed hygiene seal (bodysuits/swimsuits) are not eligible for return. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a store credit with a 15% fee deducted from the amount of the value of the item(s) returned.

6. Returns will be processed within 3 business days. Please look out for an email pending your return. 

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.  

Damaged item

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or they cannot be returned. We require the damaged item to be returned, and the shipping is on us.

Damaged after wear

If you fail to adhere to the suggested care instructions and/or damage your item during wear, Flawd Brand will not be held responsible for the replacement of that item. 

 Flawd Brand reserves the right not to credit you if you return items outside the terms of our returns & exchange policy guidelines.
